Warfront™ Refund Policy

Warfront is made by Warfront Games LLC ("Warfront", "we", "us"). If Warfront is not right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of paying. No reason needed.

The 30-day refund

• What it covers: the first payment for a plan (Adventurer or Warlord), every renewal, and any content pack you buy, for 30 days from the date of that payment.
• How to ask: request the refund through Paddle at paddle.net using the email on your receipt. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and sends the refund to the card or account you paid with. You can also email us at support@warfrontgames.com and we will help you ask.
• How long it takes: Paddle decides and pays the refund. It usually reaches you within a few business days of approval, depending on your bank.
• What happens next: a refunded plan ends. Your tables turn read-only and nothing is deleted straight away; see the Terms of Service for how long we keep your data. You can download a backup of a table while it is read-only.

Free trials

The 14-day free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you choose a plan and the trial ends, the 30-day refund applies to your first payment.

After 30 days

You can still ask. If something went wrong on our side, for example the service was unavailable for a long stretch, a feature you paid for did not work, or you were charged by mistake, we will review it and refund fairly. The law where you live may give you additional refund rights, and nothing in this policy limits them.

Cancelling is separate from refunding

You can cancel at any time from your account, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period; to get that money back, ask for a refund within the 30 days above.

Duplicate or unexpected charges

If you see a charge you do not recognise, or you were charged twice, contact Paddle at paddle.net or email support@warfrontgames.com straight away. We will sort it out and refund anything charged in error.
